About

Head Over Heels Pilates provides small, friendly pilates classes in Claygate and Long Ditton. My classes are mat based pilates, I also use small equipment such as soft balls, toning balls and resistance bands. I limit class numbers to 7 to ensure I can give everyone individual attention and also so I can give options for clients looking for more challenge or adapt exercises for those who need more care. 

 

I began pilates 15 years ago when a friend dragged me to a class, I can't thank her enough! I am certabinly not a natural 'sports woman' so I was delighted to find a form of exercise that toned and strengthen my body as well as relaxed my mind. A few years later I made the decision to train with the excellent STOTT PILATES to become a mat instructor. After having my first baby I went on to qualify as a pre and post natal specialist with THE CENTRE FOR WOMENS FITNESS. More recently I have completed my TOTAL BARRE training. 

Women's wellness is my passion and I have also completed and advanced diploma in Nutrition and Weight management (certified by the association on nurtition)

 

I live in Claygate with my husband and 2 gorgeous girls who are also keen to learn pilates!

Classes

Booking and Fees

All classes are bookable on termly basis. This ensures that I can keep my classes small and personal. 

In person classes work out at £11 a class and on-line classes £9 a class. 

Missed classes can be made up at another class as long as I know about your missed class in advance. (subject to availability, but I will always do my best to fit you in!)

Equipment

For class we you will need a mat, a small pilates ball, a strong stretch band and a block.

I can lend you anything which you don't already have for the duration of your first term.  

Additionally we use gliders and toning balls. I supply these for use in class. 

I ask clients to wear pilates socks or to have bare feet, aside from that you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

This is a high energy class to music designed to make you sweat. 

 

Beginners /improvers Pilates

For thoes who are new to pilates or just prefer a slightly more gentle class.

 

This class is at a slower pace, with all all the basic principles explained

Zoom Pilates 

With limited spaces you can expect all the corrections and attention of a regular pilates class
